A little context up front usually turns two or three round trips into a single reply that actually fixes it.
- Your store URLThe myshopify.com domain (or custom domain) so the setup can be checked directly.
- Which sectionThe section name or where it lives — product page, homepage, collection — plus what you expected to happen.
- What you sawA screenshot or a short screen recording beats a paragraph. Paste any console errors verbatim.
- Theme & planTheme name (OS 2.0 or Horizon) and whether you're on Free, Basic or Pro — it narrows things fast.
What to expect back
It's a one-person studio, so replies land in a batch rather than in seconds. Most messages get a real answer within a business day (Mon–Fri, Europe time). If something is breaking a live storefront, put “urgent” in the subject and it jumps the line.
